Blueprint
I need to build something new and get it right
Before you spend on building, you get a clear, verifiable definition your team signs off on, not an expensive guess to fix later.
What changes for your company
-
You know what will be built and what won't, in plain business terms, not system terms.
-
Timeline and cost are based on your real system, not a guess.
-
A named person on your team signs off on the definition before anything gets built.
How it works
-
We understand the request
We separate what was asked for from what the business actually needs, and ask the questions no one had asked. You confirm we got it right before we move on.
-
We check it against your system
We compare it with your real system: what exists, what it touches, what could break. When there is more than one way to do it, you choose, with the cost of each option laid out.
-
We write the definition
Scope, what is out of scope, how you will know it is done right, risks, timeline and cost. Before anything gets built, the person responsible on your team signs off.
Control and risk
A named person on your team approves the problem statement, the options and the final definition; anything that does not look right gets fixed on the spot. We record who approved what and when, so you can explain a decision to a board or an auditor. We work under a confidentiality agreement from day one, and for banking, healthcare and government the artificial intelligence can run inside your own infrastructure, so your code and documents never leave your network.
A case
Financial services · Core system with 6 million lines of code
Before
Every business request opened a project of weeks: someone had to search by hand for the part of the system to touch before the work could even be defined.
After
A living map of the system locates the relevant parts in minutes; an architect reviews it and delivers the risk list the same day.
How we charge
Included in the monthly fee based on the size of your system, or in the price of each delivered improvement; the cost of the artificial intelligence is covered by Quantum AI Foundry.

85%

+100x
More expensive to fix an error once it is built than to fix it while it was being defined.

To take to your committee
The same material as a presentation and as a one-page summary.
Blueprint defines; the factory builds. They are part of the same service: if you already have your own development team, we hand them a definition ready to build. Before you spend on building something new, know exactly what you are building. Try it free for two weeks: pick a request of yours that is stuck, compare it with what your team would have written, and decide with no commitment.
Let us start with a real improvement from your list.
